Static compactors

Our range

Unlock high compaction ratios for dry waste

For businesses battling high volumes of general waste or dry recyclables, an industrial static compactor is the ultimate solution. Stationary and strong, it boasts a heavy-duty force capable of reducing the size of material by 4:1 – and often even greater. This makes it invaluable for keeping sites clean and organised. But more than this, with significantly greater loads packed into each hauled container, it also means fewer collections, lower transport fees, and streamlined operations. These units are highly configurable too. From custom hoppers and dock-level loading ramps to integrated bin lifting mechanisms, every static compactor can be tailored to suit your specific site layouts and requirements. So, whether you’re a warehouse keen to free floor space or a retailer looking at ways to cut costs, you can create a match-fit solution that delivers in abundance. Explore our three models – the RWM SS2500, RWM SC2500, and RWM SC3000 – to discover what’s possible with such a mighty machine.

Overview

What is a static waste compactors?

A static waste compactor is used to compress large volumes of dry commercial and industrial waste on site. The fixed compaction unit remains bolted to the ground or a concrete base, using a powerful hydraulic ram to process material automatically. Once full, the attached storage container is hauled away and swapped out to ensure maximum workflow continuity, so operations don’t have to grind to a halt every time the bin needs emptying.

It can also come factory fitted with a sensor that alerts you once it hits 75% capacity, preventing last-minute scrambles to stop the overflow. Beyond the convenience, it’s about keeping the site from turning into a health and safety headache – preventing loose waste from piling up to remove trip hazards and fire risks.

Bringing benefits in abundance

01

Maximise floorspace

Static compactors prevent bulky dry waste from piling up in yards and corridors, clearing valuable floor area and reducing the need for space-consuming skips on site.

02

Streamline workflows

Every setup is fully configurable, tailored to suit your site for maximum efficiency. Meanwhile, automated compaction and fill-level alerts keep operations flowing smoothly.

03

Cut operational costs

By compacting more waste into every container, static compactors reduce collection frequency, lower haulage costs, and minimise the labour spent managing overflowing bins.

04

Minimise maintenance

Engineered for demanding environments and backed by scheduled servicing, expert maintenance advice, and readily available spare parts for strong lifetime performance.

05

Improve site safety

Industrial static compactors clear clutter and trip hazards, while automated bin lifters eliminate manual lifting strain and features like two-handed controls prevent crush risks.
