How does it work?
The refurbishment process begins with a thorough inspection of the baler, during which any replacement parts are identified. As standard, we fit new door pins and bushes, replace hydraulic hoses, reseal or replace rams, and fit new nuts and bolts. Any necessary repairs are carried out, and a full list of required parts is prepared.
Next, the machine is stripped down to a bare shell, which is then shot-blasted and powder coated for a durable, fresh finish. The baler is carefully rebuilt and rigorously tested to ensure it operates at peak performance before being dispatched to the customer.
