It’s been a long time in the making but the new Riverside Waste Machinery website is finally here.
The user-friendly site is designed to present a wealth of helpful and relevant information about waste balers and the general recycling climate, in a clear and engaging format. But does it do the job?
Riverside’s managing director Jonathan Oldfield comments: “Already we have received extremely positive feedback from new and existing clients who have found the site fresh, informative and easy-to-navigate.
“Our goal has been to design and build an educative resource that provides interesting and sought-after industry material. So whether you want to spend thirty seconds looking for some baling twine, a few minutes getting up to date with our news and views, or half an hour digesting the capabilities of our extensive range of waste balers, we should have everything covered.
"Whatever page you find yourself on, our telephone number is always visible in the top right corner. Our friendly customer service team is on hand to discuss any query large or small.
"Ultimately, we hope organisations will use the site to start to learn how to get the greatest return on investment from a baling machine that specifically targets their needs.”
