A compact, space-saving solution, this turnkey shredder baler system gives utmost peace of mind for organisations handling confidential waste paper such as sensitive documents, customer records, bank notes, cheques and more. The machine’s conveyor safely and continuously feeds material to the cutters, for secure shredding, before it is compressed in the semi-automatic baler. That’s one single straightforward process, capable of achieving P-2, P-3 or P-4 DIN 66399 security levels, with bales of up to 35kg.

Key Features
A lot of careful design considerations have gone into this neat combination unit, as it is a paper shredder and baler in one. ‘Waste’ materials can be fed manually in to the vertical machine via an ergonomically-designed loading platform. The paper then travels to the cutting chamber, to be destroyed, before it passes down the shoot to be baled by the 44kN press force. Magic-eye infra-red technology governs the simultaneous compression of materials until the maximum bale size is achieved, and a display light indicates ‘bale ready’. The machine also comes supplied with a removal trolley for ease of baled material movement.
This one-step process minimises the risk of sensitive information falling into the wrong hands, is more cost-effective than an investment in two machines and has obvious space saving benefits.
