How does it work?
To begin, the baler is completely stripped back by an engineer, so that only a bare shell remains. Then, the surface of the machine is shot blasted and powder coated, before the rebuild commences.
Once completed, the baler looks – and works – like a completely new piece of waste machinery, contains reliable parts, is fit for purpose, and will work at an optimum rate once more, delivering an efficient service for many years to come. Think of it as our very own closed loop model!
From start to finish, the whole process takes around 14 days, and provides peace of mind to customers that the machine has undergone so much more than its annual service.
