Delivery
Delivery is available to UK mainland ONLY, excluding the following postcodes*
– AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PI & TD (for wire only)
– GY, IM & JE (for wire and tape)
* For these locations, customers are requested to contact Riverside on 01423 325038 for a delivery quotation.
Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday to ensure same day despatch. Please note that for purchases made on a Friday before 1pm, delivery will occur on the next working day (Monday).
Returns policy
In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the goods purchased, returns will be accepted and a full refund (including delivery cost) given, providing that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
In the event that the incorrect product has been ordered, Riverside Waste Machinery will reimburse customers who request a purchase cancellation within 14 days of receiving their goods. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for a refund to be provided, and the cost of delivery will be chargeable to the customer.
