Riverside’s team of experienced engineers don’t just service and maintain waste balers. They also deliver certified operator training when our machines are first installed.
But what if operators move on to a new role and leave a skills gap within the workforce? We can train your new recruits!
And what if experienced operators have picked up bad habits or forgotten things along the way? We can provide refresher sessions to ensure nobody cuts corners!
Our courses are quick and cost-effective, yet incredibly thorough. They’ll also be carried out on your site, using your own machine, at a time to suit you. It couldn’t be easier.
Whether we’re delivering introductory or refresher baler training, our comprehensive sessions cover:
The goal is always to equip operators with the knowledge they need to run any of Riverside’s waste balers, so we’ll tailor the training to ensure all staff have the skills they need.
All training course attendees are issued with a two-year certificate to evidence their competence and support their continued professional development. The certification will also support employers with their legal duty of care (under the Health and Safety at Work Act) to ensure staff have received adequate training to operate the machinery they use in their roles. And, thanks to the helpful tips we offer, operators will ensure they no longer overlook factors that could compromise safety, bale quality or machine uptime.
We care about clients’ profitability – that’s why the training courses have been purposefully designed to be cost-effective and affordable. But we don’t believe in a one-size-fits all approach.
Conduct your training at the end of a Riverside baler service inspection, and you’ll pay £50 + VAT for a up to 10 operators.
But, if you don’t need or want a service inspection, we can still come out and see you for £150 + VAT for a team of the same size.
Other options are also available for larger groups.
“The level of service provided by Riverside is absolutely second to none. Not only do they offer their helpful guidance prior to the purchase, they also provide full on-site operator training for all relevant members of staff following installation, which is invaluable.”
